To help make your experience smooth and stress-free, transportation services will be available for registered guests during the Sealed Nectar Fashion Show Weekend.

Thursday Airport Hotel Transfers

ATL Airport → Host Hotel

Hotel transfer service will be available on Thursday only for guests arriving at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and staying at the official host hotel.

• Service Type: Shared Shuttle Transportation

• Reservation Required: Yes

Important Notes

• Transportation is available only on Thursday arrivals

• Guests must submit their flight information in advance

• Shuttle departure times may vary based on arrival schedules

• Limited seating is available

• Late-night arrivals may experience extended wait times

Friday Masjid Shuttle Service

Host Hotel ↔ Atlanta Masjid

Shuttle transportation will be provided on Friday between the host hotel and the Atlanta Masjid of Al-Islam for Jumu’ah and scheduled fashion show weekend activities.

• Service Date: Friday, August 07, 2026

• Pickup Location: Official Host Hotel

• Destination: Atlanta Masjid of Al-Islam

• Roundtrip Service: Yes

Planned Shuttle Schedule

Departure From Hotel: 12 PM, 1 PM, 2 PM 

Return From Masjid: 9 PM

Final shuttle schedule will be confirmed closer to the event weekend.

Important Notes

• Seating is limited and available for registered guests only

• Guests are encouraged to arrive at the shuttle pickup area early

• Shuttle service is designed to accommodate Friday event programming and Jumu’ah attendance

• Additional transportation outside scheduled shuttle times is the responsibility of attendees

Delays & Missed Shuttles

If your flight is delayed, please contact the transportation team as soon as possible.

While we will do our best to accommodate delays, transportation outside scheduled windows cannot be guaranteed.

Travel Reminder

When booking flights:

• We recommend arriving in Atlanta on Wednesday night, or early Thursday morning.

• We recommend departing on Sunday after the closing event at 1 PM.

• Please allow adequate travel time to and from ATL Airport.
